These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Horus, a mobile game published by JoxDevs. By downloading, accessing, or using Horus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Horus is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to use the app under the laws applicable in your region. If you are a minor, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Progress
- Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device.
- Optional Google Sign-In may be used for account backup, restore, and support-related identification.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to any linked Google account used for restore or backup.
- Anonymous sessions are not guaranteed to survive uninstall, device reset, or app data clearing.
4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
- Horus includes virtual currencies and items such as Ankh Power, Gems, XP, hints, and progression rewards.
- These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the app.
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play terms and refund policies.
- The app may offer a one-time purchase to remove ads.
5. Ads and Rewarded Features
Horus may display ads and may provide optional rewarded ad experiences. If you choose to interact with rewarded ads, rewards are granted according to in-app rules and availability. Ad delivery may vary by region, device, and provider.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the app except where permitted by law.
- Exploit bugs, hacks, automation, or unauthorized tools to gain unfair advantages.
- Interfere with backend systems, wallet sync, rewards, support systems, or ad flows.
- Use abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content in support submissions or any communication with us.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features of Horus at any time, including game balance, rewards, progression, events, support systems, and online features, with or without notice.
8. Support and Moderation
If you contact us through in-app support or email, you agree to provide accurate information and communicate respectfully. We may investigate support issues using backend logs, support tickets, wallet records, and related technical data necessary to resolve disputes or maintain app integrity.
9. Intellectual Property
Horus, including its design, branding, artwork, text, audio, game systems, and related materials, is owned by JoxDevs or used under appropriate rights. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute app content without permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Horus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all features will always function on all devices, networks, or regions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoxDevs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Horus, including loss of progress, virtual items, access, or availability.

13. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to Horus if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused support or reward systems, or used the app in a harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
